Check out the help page on how to create an iOS shortcut that will start AvTraffic and your EFB app together.
This is a much better way to ensure you start AvTraffic than relying on the AutoStart feature. Details here.
It's been 18 months now since AvTraffic V1.0 hit the App Store and the website and Facebook pages were created.
I'd like to thank everyone who has tried it out, particularly those of you that run it consistently when you go flying.
It would be great to see even more pilots try it out.
If you would like to help and you haven't already done so, please visit the AvTraffic Facebook page and hit the Like button.
If you have pilot friends on Facebook, they will find out about it too.
What's new in V2.1
There has been a long standing bug in AvTraffic in which under very rare circumstances the My Aircraft list seems to be lost. I am working on a fix for this but in the meantime you can work around it by killing the app and re-opening it. By killing, I mean double tapping the home button and swiping the app up.
What's new in V2.0
Changes for V1.6.1
Fixes a bug where the app could crash when being used with OzRunways.
V1.6 is coming soon and when you upgrade it will ask you to allow it to access your location "while using the app" or "always".
You should tap "always" to enable the new "Auto Start" feature.
